Since 2003, SAFAR clinical studies have safely desensitized patients, with the following published results:

Our studies include a wide range of patients, representing a diverse group of ethnicities and socioeconomic backgrounds.  SAFAR offers equal opportunity to all people with food allergies, so long as they are eligible based on study parameters.

Diagnostic and monitoring tests


Many clinical trial subjects are at 4000 mg of food protein or higher (i.e. a serving’s worth of food)
